Quote of the Day - Tim Gunn

"I haven’t had sex in 29 years, Do I feel like less of a person because of it? No.”

Gunn tearfully recalled how the 'intense' and abrupt breakdown of a relationship caused him to give up sex.
'He was impatient with my sexual performance,' Gunn said. I’m a perfectly fulfilled person… but it’s very psychological,' he added.

That's heavy! I applaud his bravery for sharing such a personal story. But 29 years?? Maan

Openly gay Sex In The City actress Cynthia Nixon was asked recently whether being gay was a choice or not. Her answer is interesting....

"For me, it is a choice. It doesn't mater if we flew here or we swam here, it matters that we are here and we are one group and let us stop trying to make a litmus test for who is considered gay and who is not."

Hmmm can one choose to be gay? I'm not so sure..thoughts?

Quote of the day - Madonna. The one thing Madonna has never done!

In an interview with U.S. TV network ABC, Madonna was asked: ‘What was the last meal you cooked entirely by yourself’ and replied: ‘I don’t think I’ve ever cooked a meal entirely by myself.

Wow! WOW! Imagine having never cooked a meal ever? Must be nice to be Madge!

Madonna also admitted that her son David Banda, six, helps out with the cooking as do all her staff - but she won’t get involved in the kitchen. In an outburst Madonna said "But I do everything else! Do I have to do everything?"

Alrighty then...

Quote of the Day- Beyonce

"The second coming of Michael Jackson" according to her hubby Jay-Z is gracing the cover of the Sept issue of In Style Magazine. Songstress Beyonce Knowles looks super cute as usual. The Grammy winning singer and actress had this to say about having children:

"I have no regrets because my job kept me focused. When you're young --18 or 19 -- you have the energy and drive. That's the time to work as hard as you can. Now I'm a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage. I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children."

Interesting! I remember a few months ago Mrs Carter alluding to the fact that she will have children by the time she's 40. She has yet to even turn 30. Take your time B,no need to rush. Kids are around for a lifetime.

Quote of the day- Jennifer Lopez

"It’s not that I didn't love myself before, Sometimes we don't realize that we are compromising ourselves. To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself – if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me."

"I love myself enough to walk away from that now."

She freaking 65!! Okay now on to the quote:

“The hardest period in life is one’s 20s. It’s a shame because you’re your most gorgeous and you’re physically in peak condition. But it’s actually when you’re most insecure and full of self-doubt. When you don’t know what’s going to happen, it’s frightening.”

So you hear that younger ladies? It gets better! If 65 means looking as fresh faced and graceful as Ms. Mirren then I cant wait!

Quote of the Day -Leann Rimes

“I didn’t have the tools to know how to do it the right way, how to let go the right way. I’d never been taught that … I have the strength [now] but I didn’t at the time… So, it got really messy, but I have learned a lot from that. And I’m not glad it happened, but I know why it did.”-LeAnn Rimes on why she cheated on husband Dean Sheremet with Eddie Cibrian.

Leann, someone has to teach you how to let go in a relationship. I don't believe you. Sounds like she knew exactly what she was doing stepping out on her marriage. But here's the thing that women like Leann need to know. If you meet a man in a situation where you are both cheating on your spouses, chances are pretty darn high he will cheat on you too. Just saying

Quote of the Day - Charlie Sheen- I'm Clean and 'High on Life'

Actor Charlie Sheen is the gift that keeps on giving. On the heels of hit show Two and a Half Men, being halted after he blasted creator Chuck Lorre Thursday but the actor is still enjoying his time in the Bahama. The quote of the day comes from Sheen after saying:

If you can find a drug that's gonna get me higher than I am – I hate to say, on life – just living in the moment, finally enjoying this life, then present that drug. I don't think it exists. I really don't.

Sounds a lot like the infamous interview with singer Whitney  when she asked Diane Sawyer to show her receipts from her alleged drug purchases.

Pray for Charlie y'all!
