After 2 years of marriage, Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez are divorcing

This is such a bummer, awww Halle!!

In a joint statement to People Magazine Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez announced that they are calling it quits after two years of marriage.

"It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children's privacy as we go through this difficult period."

 A source tells PEOPLE that the relationship had "run its course," adding: "They are keeping it amicable now. She is okay."

The 49-year-old actress filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

 “They have a personality difference,” a source said about their relationship. Word on the street is - the straw that broke the camel's back was when when Olivier hit a man with a car seat at the airport earlier this year. He has some temper right? Remember when he whooped the sh*t out of Halle's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry?

 Olivier and Halle have one son together named Maceo, 2 and they allegedly have a prenup in place so money, etc. will not be an issue. Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, as she wants what is in “the best interests of the child.”
