Kerry Washington's dress at the Golden Globes was certainly scandalous! 

Folks on social media were really split on the Mary Katrantzou look. You either loved it or hated it. 

We can debate about the dress until the cows come home but one thing we can't argue about is that face! She looks GORGE!
