No sugar?! I don't know if I could do it!
But if my health was at stake I would have no choice but to cut it!

In a recent interview Mo' explained why she shared her weight loss via twitter:
"I tweet my work outs every morning because I want women to see, you don't have to let them cut you open. You don't have to let them suck it out. You don't have to let them put a band around your organs. All you have to do is put the work in and the weight comes off."
The Oscar winner has allegedly lost over 100lbs! What an incredible story!
I'm glad she did this naturally with no surgical help. It just takes hard work! As for what she's been up to these days, it seems she's on the road doing standup- getting back to her roots! Hope to see her on TV soon, I used to love her BET late night show.
