I've always loved the Versace safety pin dress first won by actress Elizabeth Hurley in the 90's. I think this was around the time she was dating actor Hugh Grant and was at the height of her fame -right around the time he cheated on her with the prostitute. A black woman at that! Owee Hunty, he was scandalous! Most recently Lady Gaga wore the same safety pin dress over the summer and just this past week Roc Nation singer Bridget Kelly hit the Barclay's stage with in a similar Jovani get-up. Looks great on all the ladies, but who do you think rocked it best?

ReplyDeleteNot at all! I was saying that it must have been scandalous that he cheated on his girlfriend with a black hooker. Only because they were seen as the IT couple and the height of white celebrity. Hope that makes a lil more sense :)
