I'm thumbing through the current issue of Ebony Magazine with sassy entertainer NeNe Leakes and I just had to pause and get your feedback on one of her outfits. The Real Housewives star is wearing a dress made out of 650 $1 bills by Guillermo couture. Hmmm this screams tacky to me, what do you think..tacky or terrific?
