I am so in love with Jill Scott's natural short hair!! She has such a gorgeous face and this close crop really highlights her features. The Grammy award winner was pictured last night at the Steel Magnolia premiere in New York City. The movie features an all star cast of Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad and Alfre Woodward. The flick will air on Lifetime this Sunday and I can't wait to check it out!! What do you guys think about Jilly from Philly's hairstyle?
