New Macaulay Culkin Picture surfaces: Should we be alarmed?

Remember how cute Macaulay Culkin was as a kid in the now cult classic film Home Alone? Honey, you will not believe what the actor looks like now..I literally let out a gasp when I saw this picture..

WOW! I mean wow.. my heart is breaking for him, he looks like a former shadow of himself. The actor is only 31 but you couldn't tell by looking at this picture. Should we be concerned for Macaulay? Culkin's rep tells ET, "Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health."

Welp, I guess. I mean does that look like the picture of a healthy man?
