Halle Berry's Custody Case Turns Ugly

Let's just remember that there are three sides to every story. His side and her side and the truth. If you guys have been keeping up with the Halle Berry story then you know it's becoming quite the spectacle.

First Gabriel filed for paternity to establish he was the indeed the Daddy. Some speculate that he did this in order to get full custody and then get spousal support from Halle.

Then yesterday Halle dropped out of her movie and saying through her rep that she has "serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father."

And today we hear the biggest bombshell yet. That Gabriel has used a racial slur against Halle. "Once they broke up he became verbally threatening to Halle," Aubry's former friend and business partner Stephane Bibeau tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. "He is a vindictive guy."

Now folks remember what I said in the beginning, the truth will eventually come to light. Let's not take sides yet.
