Lose 12 lbs in 6 weeks!!


I have received a ton of emails from people who are just as eager as me to lose weight, questioning whether it’s realistic to lose 12 pounds in 6 weeks. Rejoice friends, because the answer is a resounding YES and here is how you do it.

Donald Hensrud, MD associate professor of preventive medicine and nutrition at the Mayo Clinic in Rochestor, Minnesota recommends losing no more than 2 pounds per week.  To drop more than that, you’d probably have to resort to the kind of extreme and unsustainable diet changes. The Beyonce Diet (aka the master cleanse diet)  or better yet the alleged Jennifer Aniston baby food diet anyone? These diet fads will only slow down your metabolism.
