It's
finally here!
Last year EbonyLife TV's CEO Mo Abudu announced that she was teaming up
with Disney EMEA to co-produce a new series called “Desperate
Housewives Africa.” Fast forward to a few months later and the news
broke today that the series will debut on April 30, 2015 on Ebony Life TV (check your local listings here)
Hmmm "Desperate Housewives" has been produced in Turkey, Argentina, Brazil so what will the "African Soul" version offer us? Only time will tell...

Company dished on the buzz surrounding the show . ‘We are
very excited that one of ABC’s hit television series is being made
for African viewers. This is the first for the continent of Africa
and we could not be more proud of what we have seen so far of
Desperate Housewives Africa.’
The
show will feature a cast of new and established pan-African talent. including Michelle Dede, ,Nina
Wacera, Kehinde Bankole, Marcy Dolapo-Oni, Linda Osifo and Omotu
Bissong.
I know they promised us a lot of African fashion on the show and I can't wait to see what they serve us.
