Thoughts on Beyonce's $130 Topshop dress? Love it or leave it?

Even though Forbes announced that Beyonce is the highest paid woman in music in 2014, with estimated earnings of $115 million - that does not negate the fact that sister girl loves a good bargain.

She was spotted in NYC posing with a very happy Sir Philip Green (founder of Topshop) at the Topshop Topman NYC Opening Dinner. 

Blue's formed a 50/50 joint venture company with the clothing label called Parkwood Topshop Athletic Ltd and is expected to to release the debut assemblage in fall 2015.
