Guys, I feel so guilty when I write about R.Kelly! We all know about his alleged sexcapades but damn it the man makes good music. Ugh
Just a few days ago, the pied piper of R&B debuted a new Nelson Mandela track at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy gala. Kellz says that he says he wrote the song 5 days ago but I am bit confused cause he performed a Mandela tribute at the Arsenio Hall show a few weeks ago that he says he wrote and even performed for Madiba (see it here). So did Robert pen 2 Madiba songs? Is it the same song just different versions? Or is he just straight up and down lying? Hmmmm
I'm still looking for the full track but peep the video that he performed days ago, which features Robert performing onstage flanked by drummers, dancers and lots more all dressed in colorful African garb!
Is it a hit? And furthermore would Madiba be proud? Judge for yourself!
