Terrance Howard says he turned down Beyonce to holla at her friend!

Who turns down Beyonce?! The answer is Terrance Howard and thank God she did cause he seems a lil cray cray!

The 'Best Man Holiday' actor was on a late night show called Watch What Happens Live this past week and y'all.. dude was in rare form!

The 43 year old was shown a clip from the 2005 BET Awards when he got an extra saucy lap dance from singer Beyoncè as part of her performance. When asked how she rated as a dirty dancer, Howard said, "it's a 9 for the lap dance, but the intent...she wanted to show me what I missed out on...that was 100." 

Spilling all the tea, he confirmed that he and B almost got together back in her Destiny's Child days, but he blew it by hollering at her friend. "We talked for a minute. There was chemistry," he says. "But it was over when I started talking to her friend!"

What?!?! Again I ask- who turns down Beyonce?!?!

When asked if the chemistry was still there when the almost-couple reunited on the stage at the BET Awards years later, he said, "No! Jay Z would kill me."

I wonder who that friend was? With allegations of dosmetic violence against Terrance seems she dodged a bullet too...
