The X-Factor judge was on the scene for a good cause, as the MS Foundation For Women celebrated their 40th Anniversary at a private residence in Beverly Hills, California. The former Destiny's Child member wore a lovely dress by SA designer Gert Johan Coetzee! 
Kelly tweeted her excitement at wearing her stunning LBD (little black dress)
She tweeted "My beautiful dress I wore last night to the Foundation for Women #GloriaSteinemEvent was by the South African desinger @gertjohancoetzee AMAZING!"
Amazing indeed! Congrats to Gert, great moment for SA fashion!!
