A few years ago I dated this famous actor and things were going really great...until he broke up with me over text. I was bummed that not only was I being kicked to the curb but he couldn't even tell me face to face! What a jerk..lol
Well imagine how surprised I was to read that pop singer Katy Perry was also dumped via text. Seems Rih's best friend found out the hard way that her marriage to husband Russell was over. So dang gone disrespectful! She tells Vogue Magazine:
"He's a very smart man, and I was in love with him when I married him. Let's just say I haven't heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me December 31, 2011."
Is it ever OK to tell someone that you are divorcing them or breaking up via text?
