After facing a number of scary health scares last year it seems former South African President is on the mend. A new photo taken on February 2nd was released by his family recently. The 94 year old is said to be in "very good health, and is surrounded by family"

Nelson Mandela's granddaughters revealed the image to media outlets as they are currently in New York promoting their reality show *side eye* that will air on US airwaves. "Being Mandela" will follow Zaziwe and her sister Swati Dlamini as they keep the family together, as well as highlight conflicts and personal aspirations. Interesting!
