Soooo about this color blocking trend. I know summer is over here in the States but I'm still in love with the idea of mixing bright colors and creating a "stop & stare" unforgettable look. 'Scandal' actress Kerry Washington & Real Housewives starlet Teresa Guidice were both spotted recently wearing similar blue satin skirts and bright candy colored tops. A true feast for the eyes!
