That X-Factor paycheck must be nice huh? Pop starlet and X-Factor judge Britney Spears has reportedly purchased a new multi-million dollar home in Thousand Oaks, California. I have a few pics of the house for you below, WOW is all I can say. Take a look:

The gated and guarded property is located in the exclusive Sherwood Country Club. It is two years old and includes a library, two offices, home theater room, and a five-car garage. Nice!!! What do you think of Britney's new digs?
