Hip hop's reigning queen Nicki Minaj kept her promise and gave her fans a thrilling 2 hour FREE concert in NYC Tuesday night. The concert was a gift to her fans after this past summer's beef with a HOT 97 DJ that caused her to cancel at the last minute. As great as all this is, the bigger story here is Foxy Brown's outfit.
