Quote of the day: "I'm not the president of black America"

I'm so glad that Barack Obama finally addressed this. In an interview with Black Enterprise he revealed his thoughts on criticisms he hasn't done enough to support black businesses. POTUS says "I want all Americans to have opportunity. I’m not the president of black America. I’m the president of the United States of America"

You better tell them Commander in Chief! In my opinion Obama has done an outstanding job looking out for the best interests of the nation. Yes he is our first black President so that pride is understandable. However it is asinine to believe that he should only look out for black folks. That would just be foolish!

I've said my piece. What do you think of Obama's statement? Will it cost him the black vote?
