Nicki Minaj skipped out of HOT 97 and kicked it with rapper Foxy Brown at NYC's Negril restaruant

HOT 97 Summer Jam went down last night with a ton of star studded performers. Everyone from Wale to Rick Ross to Ma$e hit the stage last night much to the joy of the New Jersey audience. One person who was visibly missing was hip hop's current queen Nicki Minaj. The 'Super bass' singer bowed out after the last minute after a HOT 97 DJ deemed her hit song "Starship' as trash. Shortly thereafter, Lil Wayne pulled the plug on Nicki's set and she bowed out of the show.  If I was Nicki I would have still attended, "Starships" is a certified HIT, eff what everyone has to say!
