EVENT recap- Afrotainment Music Awards: PICS & VIDEO

This past Saturday Sept 24, I had the honor of attending the first annual Afrotainment Awards held in Queens New York. It was an awesome event featuring Africa's hottest acts.
Makho at the event!!  Entire outfit by Zara of course!
Unfortunately, I was running super late and only caught the last 30 minutes of the show.  However, I was watching the show online while getting ready so I saw most of the acts and nominees. Dont ask me why I was late. I am LATE for everything. I have to fix that!!!

I heard Angelique Kidjo performed and I am SUPER bummed I missed that.
