So here's a tidbit about Alyssa, she was former Miss New Jersey Teen USA contestant and made it to semis in the teen national pageant. She didn't give up on her quest for the crown and came back as a Miss competing in the Miss New Jersey pageant. History repeated itself and she didn't get the state title. I was actually in the audience that year and I knew without a doubt there was something special about this girl.
Let's fast forward to 2010 where Alyssa moved to Cali and snagged the title of Miss California 2011. This was no easy feat my friends as Cali is one of the more competitive states in the nation! The advantage of Cali is the director Keith Lewis. This man is SERIOUS about pageants, he knows his stuff.
My bet is Alyssa will be in the top 5 at Miss Universe. The red hair beauty will be absolute knockout in Brazil!
