Top 5 moments from the Royal Wedding

If you know me then you know I don't like waking up early. I am not a morning person at all but I have to make an exception every once in a while. Today that exception was the spectacle of the year... the Royal Wedding. In case you slept in a missed the wedding, here are my top 5 moments from the newly minted Duke & Duchess of Cambridge.

1.Secrets moments between the bride and groom
When the Prince saw his bride the camera caught him mouthing "you look beautiful" to his radiant bride. And she was stunning in her custom designed Sarah Burton gown from Alexander McQueen. Kate in the picture below is seen holding her Dad's hand, what a touching moment.

2. Struggling with the ring at the altar
This was a tense moment for the couple. Minutes after announcing their vows it seemed the Prince had a bit of a struggle to put on his bride's ring on her finger. He finally got the ring on and the ceremony went on without any problems. Another cute moment between the two.

3. Pippa's white bridesmaid dress
There was a ton of talk in the twitterverse about Pippa Middleton's white maid of honor gown. White is usually reserved for the bride, so some folks were a bit startled to see Pippa in her gown. In my opinion Kate's sister looked outstanding in her white dress also by Sarah Burton. Did you like the dress?

4. The Dress
Kate Middleton's dress was a knockout for me. I LOVED it. It was elegant, regal, sophisticated..all the things the Princess embodied on her wedding day. There was a lot of speculation leading up to the wedding who the gown designer was. It was only confirmed last night at the 11th hour when the designer arrived at Kate'shotel for last minute touches. What did you think of the dress?

5. Unprecedented 2 kisses
If you watched the ceremony like me, you may have been puzzled about why the happy couple didnt kiss at the altar. They were saving the best for last as it turns out. After the church wedding, the duo headed to the balcony at Buckingham Palace to a crowd of over 800,000 cheering them on. The gave a quick peck on the balcony and gave in to cries for a second kiss from the crowd. It was a lovely moment.

So there you have it! My top 5 moments from the wedding, thoughts?
