The people above are impersonators of the soon to be royal couple. The impostors were as part of a publicity event  by author Alison Jackson's 'Kate & Wills Up The Aisle: A Right Royal Fairy Tale. They even got a look-a-like Queen Elizabeth to make the scene even more believable.
