Elizabeth Taylor Purposely Late for Her Own Funeral

I guess she really was tardy for the party.

Elizabeth Taylor was laid to rest today and the funeral was scheduled to start at 2pm but at Miss Taylor's request the services started late. iss Taylor had left instructions that it was to begin at least 15 minutes later than publicly scheduled, with the announcement, 'She even wanted to be late for her own funeral.'"

Such a sense of humor!

Dame Liz was laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California where her famous pal Michael Jackson is buried as well.
