I agree with everything...but the Facebook thing is a little iffy...
ReplyDeleteYeah I hear you about the iffiness but let me put it you this way. If a guy cannot publicly acknowledge that you are together (not just dating or seeing each other) in any social medium or better yet in public then you might could take that as a red flag. Facebook has become of our everyday public lives, checking your Facebook page is almost like brushing your teeth on a daily basis. If a guy still has his status as "single" or "it's complicated" you might could be in trouble.
ReplyDeleteI agree with everything. I will add that I have never displayed my relationship status. I suspect I wont unless I get engaged or hitched but I'm irks me when I see married/committed people with "it's complicated" as their relationship status. I get "single"...I will prolly consider myself single until I introduce my boyfriend to older folks in my fam.
