Michelle Obama Wears Rachel Roy Dress For State Of The Union

Conservative yet elegant. I love it!!! Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Michelle Obama (FLOTUS) kept it classy in this Rachel Roy dress.  Mrs. O is also wearing a black and white lapel ribbon in honor or Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. A little tidbit on the designer Rachel, she used to be married former Roc-A-Fella Records CEO Damon Dash and the pair have a daughter together. Rachel is proving to be star in her own right.
