“It, it’s…aw, f--k it! It’s a boy. It’s a boy!”- How Kelly Rowland accidentally revealed the sex of her baby!

Kelly Rowland accidentally revealed the sex of her baby yesterday while discussing the the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards and her #AmpYourFab photo contest with Caress

Kelly Rowland let the news slip that she and husband/manager Tim Witherspoon are expecting a little boy "We’re very excited,” Kelly told FOX411. “So far, everything has been good. I just feel like the baby is already rotten–like literally, my Caress family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys–it’s just so cool.”

When Kelly realized that she had revealed more news than she had intended, she sighed heavily and laughed, “It, it’s…aw, f--k it! It’s a boy. It’s a boy!”

Lol cute!

Kelly turned to her rep, asking her to place an emergency call to her husband. “Can you please tell him that I spilled the beans?” Kelly looked down and caressed her growing bump. “I’m sorry, baby,” she said, laughing. “But yes, it’s very exciting.”

Other highlights from the interview:

Advice from BFF Beyonce:

“All my girls have given me advice. “I have a wonderful crew of girlfriends. As women, we’re powerful, and women have been so supportive. They always have such nice things to say, whether it’s ‘Oh my gosh, you look so nice,’ or giving me different advice, and that feels good.”

Kelly shared some of her unnamed friends' helpful hints on motherhood:

“One girlfriend told me to make sure that I do not forget about my husband. She’s like, ‘That’s how the baby got here.’ The other one said that I should make sure that I don’t get obsessed with ‘mommy, mommy, mommy’ conversation. There’s a life outside of it, and you have to remember your life there, too. And just knowing my power as a woman, going into this whole birthing situation. People have done it for years!”

Details on the baby's nursery:

“My baby’s nursery is fly. I just wanted it to feel like a comfortable museum. Almost loft-y like. It’s just looks really cool. He’s got these huge pieces of artwork. It’s just really fresh.”

Kelly talked about how her son is musically inclined at such a young age:

“When you play music, period. But really to hip-hop right now!”

On whether she wants the baby to follow Jay-Z footsteps:

"I’m not going to put any expectation on him. He’s his own human being. I’m just happy to be a part of the process.”

Love this! Congrats Kelly!

'Never Stop Dreaming African Child' How Black Coffee met P.Diddy

I absolutely love this story! Black Coffee was doing his set in Ibiza recently and the legendary DJ took to his Instagram to share the story of how he met rap impresario P.Diddy. Peep the story below:

“So prior my trip on the tour I see @iamdiddy posting picture enroute to #Ibiza then I get so excited since I'll be there too then it hits me...there's so many parties there there's no way he'll come where I was playing then there goes my dream of meeting him.

“ while getting ready to go to the show I start thinking what if he'd come to the club...what would I say to him where would I start...do I talk about a Music or my other business interests.”

“I thought nah there's no way he'd come there, after my set I’m from getting a drink as I walk in there he was in front of me.

“I didn't know what to say so as I was about to walk by a gentleman who was with him told him. Yo here he is...this is Black Coffee, I froze.”

“He said how are you? Sorry I missed your set we tried but we just came in but I heard you killed it.

“I froze.Till now I don't know what I said to him I think some of it was in Zulu.

“Moral of my story, I almost gave up on a dream of meeting one of my Idols...Never stop Dreaming African Child.”

What an incredible story! Now can we get a collabo between the two?

Alicia Keys announces pregnancy with hubby Swizz Beatz

Adorbs! Singer Alicia Keys is pregnant with baby no. 2! In a sweet message on Instagram she wrote:

Awww congrats!
The pair have been married since 2010 and have a son named Egypt together

It's so funny how the romance has blossomed I remember reading once in People Magazine, how Alicia Keys found her future husband to be annoying at first.

In fact, for several years after they met, she tried her best to avoid the hip hop star/record producer

"Honestly, I didn't really like him that much," the "Girl on Fire" singer, 32, tells Marie Claire U.K. in a new interview for the magazine's July issue. "I thought he was too ostentatious."

"Swizz will have the fastest car, the biggest jewelry, the loudest jacket," she explains. "Everything with him is really over the top. I used to see him and think, 'He is so annoying.'"

LOL! My how time changes things!

Whitney Houston's Mother on Lifetime biopic "please, please let her rest"

I'm really looking forward to this Whitney Houston movie starring newbie YaYa DaCosta. If the pics are any indication, then it seems YaYa nailed. Entertainment Tonight was on set recently capturing  some behind the scenes pics.
The resemblance is just uncanny
Whitney Houston's Mother is allegedly upset over the biopic and released a statement urging the filmmakers to let the pop icon rest. Cissy said:

"Lifetime has chosen to go ahead with the movie about Whitney in spite of my family's objections. No one connected with this movie knew Whitney or anything about her relationship with Bobby. In the two years since Whitney's death, many people have stepped forward to speak about their close relationship with her. I find it difficult to believe people who knew and supposedly loved her would participate in a movie about her done by folks who didn't know her. We are exhausted by the continuing misinformation and comments offered by people who did not know her. Please please let her rest."

But wait Mama Cissy, you are asking folks to let her rest- but didn't you publish a tell all book about your daughter months after she passed? And what about that ill fated reality show that the Houston family shot shortly after Nippy died? Kinda contradictory right? The Houston family is just a wee bit shady sometimes. I know they are grieving but man...

ET spoke to the film's director Angela Bassett about Bobbi Kristina's criticism of the film (she wanted to play her mother in the movie) and Ang replied "I can understand it. She adores her mother, and in this process I lost my mother (Bassett lost her mother in June) as well, so I get it and I love Bobbi Kristina.

Lead Yaya Dacosta says she's tuned out all the criticism. "I kinda shut off all social media because I didn't wanna be distracted," she said.

Listen I will be tuning, I can't wait to see this movie!

Princess Elizabeth Toro from Uganda

#ThrowbackThursday- way before the world fell in love with Lupita Nyong'o there was Princess Elizabeth of Toro from Uganda. Listed as one of the most beautiful women in the world she was one of the first three African women to be admitted to Cambridge University and the first to be admitted to the English Bar Association. The statuesque beauty was 'the first black woman to have been given a spread in Vogue and the first to appear on the cover of Harper's Bazaar'. Proving she had beauty and brains she was also the first woman to have served as Uganda's minister of foreign affairs and the first to be its ambassador to the United States. What an incredible real life role model. We salute you Queen!

Former Destiny's Child singer arrested!

If Farrah Franklin would have just remained on the straight and narrow. She's such a pretty girl, what's with the disorderly conduct arrests. This is the second time she's been behind bars. She was locked up in 2011 for the same thing.

So what happened? Farrah Franklin was arrested in South Carolina early Sunday morning for disorderly conduct. TMZ reports that alcohol was definitely involved.

Sigh!

Franklin -- who who spent 5 months with the group in 2000 before Beyonce and Kelly Rowland gave her the boot -- was booked into the Horry County Detention Center in Conway around 5AM.

Can't wait for the full details to emerge. She posted this image of herself on the beach a few hours before she was arrested.

Doesn't she look happy? So what happened Farrah? Folks be lying on social media don't they? Tsk tsk tsk

Keri Hilson and beau Serge Ibaka sizzle in black at the ESPY's!

Aren't they such a GOOD LOOKING couple? If Keri Hilson and Serge Ibaka make it down the aisle and decide to have kids they will make one cute baby. The duo looked so smokin hot today at the ESPY's red carpet
Keri's dress is Stella McCartney and she's wearing Loubs on her feet.
The pair just got back from Sierra Leone where they posted cutesy pictures from the beach on social media. They are so adorbs together, hope it lasts...

Other celebs on the carpet tonight at the ESPY's

Breezy and his blue suede shoes. Drake was hosting so you know this means the beef is officially over!

Iggy and her boo thing Nick Young

Love this simple look on Mrs John Legend! She's so funny, do you follow Christy Teigen on social media? She says the darnedest things!

Mother of two Jessica Alba also hit the carpet.

And in case you are wondering what the ESPY's are, per Wikipedia:
An ESPY Award (short for Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award) is an accolade presented by ESPN to recognize individual and teamathletic achievement and other sports-related performance during the calendar year preceding a given annual ceremony.

Did you watch them? How did Drake do as the host?
